Thank you for choosing Orenda GLOW. We are committed to delivering your 6-in-1 Mineral Reset as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during a new product launch), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer FREE Tracked Shipping on all orders. We believe you shouldn't have to pay extra to start your wellness journey.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orenda GLOW is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

Orenda GLOW is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at orenda.market@gmail.com immediately.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Include a photo of the damaged jar so we can send a replacement out to you at no cost.

6. Missing Packages

If your tracking information says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered prematurely).

  3. Contact us at orenda.market@gmail.com if the package has not appeared after 48 hours.
